Debbie Jones, RN, MN, DAADOM
Debbie Jones, RN MN, MAADOM is the Practice Administrator for her husband Mike Jones’ General Dental Practice in Newport Beach, CA. She joined him because they thought it would be a good idea for her to help cover for the Admin Team. Little did she know that her career would transition to full-time dental administration.
Debbie is a lifetime AADOM member, received her AADOM Fellowship, (FAADOM) in 2021, and recently received her Mastership, (MAADOM), as part of the 2022 class. She loves learning and has attended every conference since 2018 when she joined AADOM.
Teresa Duncan, MS, FAADOM
With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Teresa addresses topics such as Insurance Coding, Office Manager Training and Patient Conversations. Her memberships include the National Speakers Association and the National Association of Dental Plans. She has been named one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry and is the author of Moving Your Patients to Yes: Easy Insurance Conversations as well as a contributing author to the ADA’s annual CDT Companion Guide™. Her podcasts “Nobody Told Me That!” and “Chew on This!” provide regular coding and management updates. Teresa received her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management.
Vanessa Escobar, MAADOM
Vanessa grew up in Central Florida and attended Florida State University, earning a BS in International Affairs with a Minor in Business Administration. She joined Winter Garden Smiles in 2011 and oversaw the finances, operations, and marketing. Vanessa is the Founding President of the Central Florida Chapter of AADOM. She received her FAADOM in 2021 and received her Masters (MAADOM) this September. During her time off, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ricardo, and her kids.
