Attendees must hold a current FAADOM or MAADOM Designation.   This session satisfies the requirement of attendance at one chapter meeting.

Key Performance Indicators are measurements that help you understand how your practice is doing.  Although a practice may appear to be running smoothly, one way to know its true health it to track critical data. A good KPI should act as a compass, helping you and your Team understand whether you are truly on right track toward your strategic goals.
