Sandy Baird is a dental consultant and speaker with over 35 years of hands-on dental management experience, as well as a M.B.A. from Auburn University. She understands how efficient, effective dental businesses are organized and operate.

Sandy founded Baird Dental Business Concepts in 2005, a full service consulting firm offering general dentists and their teams business, financial, and operational management services. She works with dental practices of all sizes, and has developed a niche with small community, rural dental practices.
